What is a personalised photo magnet?
Our personalised photo magnets turn your favourite images into 2.5” × 2.5” magnetic keepsakes that can be displayed on suitable magnetic surfaces.
They’re perfect for family photographs, pets, weddings, holidays, children’s artwork and special occasions.
How do I order personalised magnets?
Ordering is simple.
Step 1:
Choose your product and place your order through the website.
Step 2:
You’ll receive an order confirmation with instructions explaining how to send
us your chosen photos.
Step 3: We
prepare, create and carefully check your magnets.
Step 4:
Your order is packed and dispatched directly to you.
What type of photos can I use?
You can use most clear digital photos, including family pictures, pets, holidays, weddings and other special memories.
For the best result, we recommend using the highest-quality original image available.
If we have any concerns about the quality or cropping of your image, we’ll contact you before producing your order.
How long does my order take to make?
As our products are personalised, please allow approximately 1–3 working days for your order to be created and prepared for dispatch.
During particularly busy periods, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery normally takes approximately 2–5 working days following dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays outside our control.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Can I place a bulk order?
Yes.
We’re happy to discuss larger orders for events, schools, businesses, gifts or special occasions.

What happens if there is a problem with my photo?
If we believe your photo may not produce the best result, we’ll contact you before creating your order.
We’d rather check with you first than produce something we’re not happy with.
