Order Processing Time

Because many of our products are custom and personalised, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it is shipped.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Area

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping Times

Typical delivery estimates within the UK:

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and delivery delays may occasionally occur due to postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the order is shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Captured Moments Magnets is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
